Before you install
Your Windows setup
- The current desktop package targets Windows 10/11 on x64 PCs.
- Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime is required.
- A PraisePoint account and an internet connection are needed to sign in and sync.
- Connect a second display or projector for separate presentation output.
Use an official, signed release. If you need help choosing or installing a package, contact us below.
Before you disconnect
Prepare for offline use
- Use Basic or Premium and confirm your plan online.
- Open your project and finish downloading its media on Windows.
- Check the offline-readiness indicator; incomplete media may not be available.
- Rehearse with the network disconnected and the output on your actual projector.
Offline access depends on a valid cached plan. Reconnect periodically to renew it. AI, cloud sync and new online content still need a connection.
