Terms of use
Last updated: 18 October 2026
These terms describe use of the PraisePoint website, web app and Windows desktop app. If you have questions, contact contact@praisepoint.app.
Accounts and availability
Account access is rolling out in stages. Joining the waitlist is a request for access, not a promise of an immediate account. Keep your account details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for activity through your account and for protecting devices on which you stay signed in.
Plans, payments and subscriptions
PraisePoint offers Free, Basic and Premium plans with different limits and tools. See plans and limits and the in-app pricing page for current availability. Paid subscriptions use an external payment provider. The checkout shows the price, billing period, applicable taxes and any trial or other charges before you approve them.
Review recurring-payment terms carefully. Manage cancellation through the available billing controls or contact us for help. Cancellation does not itself delete your account or files. For payment errors or refund questions, contact us with the transaction reference; never send full card details. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law still apply.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in content you create or upload. By choosing to upload, sync or share it, you authorize PraisePoint and its service providers to store, process and deliver that content as needed to provide those features.
Make sure you have the rights to use song lyrics, Bible translations, images, audio, video and other material. A PraisePoint subscription does not provide a music performance, lyric reproduction or third-party content licence. Respect copyright, privacy and the permissions of people whose information appears in your content.
Sharing and acceptable use
Use sharing settings carefully. General-access links and community content may be accessible to other people, and recipients may retain copies. Media file URLs can be publicly accessible; do not upload confidential files. See our privacy policy for details.
Do not use PraisePoint for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, exploitation, malicious files or attempts to access other accounts. Public sharing of nudity and graphic real-world violence outside a newsworthy context is prohibited. We may restrict access or remove shared material to address abuse, legal obligations or security issues. Contact us to report a concern.
AI-generated material
AI features require an eligible plan and a connection. Generated text and layouts can contain errors or unsuitable material. Review facts, scripture references, quotations, permissions and presentation output before use. AI output is not professional advice, and PraisePoint does not guarantee its accuracy or uniqueness.
Offline use, storage and changes
Offline project and media downloads on Windows require Basic or Premium and valid offline plan access. Sign in and complete downloads while online, then check readiness before disconnecting. Renew your plan verification online periodically. Network-dependent features remain unavailable without a connection.
Keep your own copies of important work. Imports, exports, fonts and media can render differently across software and devices; rehearse on the actual presentation setup. Features and limits may change as the service develops. We will communicate material changes through appropriate product or service notices.
Privacy, support and ending access
Our privacy policy explains how account information, content, billing and AI requests are handled. For account deletion, data requests, billing assistance or a question about these terms, email contact@praisepoint.app. We may need to verify account ownership. Removing the desktop app does not by itself cancel a subscription or delete cloud data.
Service limitations
We work to keep PraisePoint available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintain a backup presentation workflow for important events. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
